The airline initially focused on domestic routes within Taiwan and later expanded to cross-strait routes as well as regional international routes across Northeast and Southeast Asia, once holding a notable position in Taiwan’s aviation market.

The airline suspended operations in 2008 due to financial difficulties, resumed services in 2011 after restructuring, but eventually ceased operations again in 2019 due to ongoing financial and management issues, officially ending its airline services.
