Prohibited Activities

All content and information presented in this service (including but not limited to text, images, music, audio, video, maps, icons, software, code, and other materials), as well as the system architecture supporting these contents, are owned by UniForme or legally authorized for use by UniForme from third parties. Except for content you upload yourself, you may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or resell any data, software, products, or services obtained through this service.

Furthermore, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

1. Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the service or its contents for any unauthorized commercial purposes, or beyond the scope of this agreement and the usage guidelines provided by UniForme.

2. Unauthorized Data Access: Using automated tools (such as crawlers or bots) or manual methods to extract or use large amounts of content from the service, especially other users’ personal data or photos, without prior written consent from UniForme.

3. Bypassing Access Restrictions: Attempting to bypass technical or security restrictions, such as ignoring “no automated access” signs, hacking systems, or otherwise attempting to break access controls.

4. System Overload: Engaging in any behavior that causes unreasonable or excessive load on UniForme’s system architecture, as determined by us.

5. Deep Linking: Creating links to any page of the service other than the homepage without authorization (i.e., deep linking).

6. Content Embedding: Embedding, mirroring, or otherwise incorporating the service’s content into other websites or platforms unless expressly authorized by UniForme.

7. Reverse Engineering and Modification: Modifying, translating, decompiling, disassembling, rewriting, or engaging in any reverse engineering of software related to the UniForme system.

8. Security Interference: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the service, such as those that prevent unauthorized downloading or copying of content.

9. Unauthorized Downloads: Downloading any content without explicit indication from UniForme that it is available for download.

Use of Comments, Posts, and Other Interactive Areas; License

We value your feedback. Please note that by submitting content to or through the service — whether by email, posting through any UniForme synced product, via other services or applications, or by any other means (including using any UniForme products or services to post reviews, questions, photos, videos, messages, suggestions, or ideas) — including any content transmitted to your UniForme account, you grant UniForme a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to:

• (a) Use, reproduce, modify, perform, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display and perform your content worldwide in any media now known or later developed;

• (b) Make your content available globally and allow others to use your content;

• (c) Provide, promote, and improve the service, and share your content with other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication on other media and services (subject to our Privacy Policy and this Agreement);

• (d) Use the name and/or trademarks you submit with such content.

You understand that UniForme may, at its discretion, choose whether to attribute your content. You further authorize UniForme to take legal action against any violation of your or UniForme’s rights as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that your content is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You affirm and warrant that you possess the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish and otherwise use (and to allow UniForme to publish and use) your content as described herein.

If you retain moral rights (including attribution or integrity rights) in your content, you hereby declare, to the extent permitted by law, that:

• (a) You will not require any personally identifiable information to be included with your content or its derivative works, upgrades, or updates;

• (b) You will not object to UniForme or its licensees, successors, and assigns using, modifying, deleting, or exploiting your content;

• (c) You permanently waive and agree not to assert any and all moral rights in your content;

• (d) You permanently waive any claim against UniForme and its licensees, successors, and assigns relating to such moral rights.

Please note that any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used at any time, and we have no obligation to keep them confidential.

The service may include discussion forums, notice boards, comment services, travel updates, or other areas where you can post content (“Interactive Areas”). If UniForme provides such areas, you are solely responsible for their use and assume all risks. UniForme does not guarantee confidentiality for any content you provide through these areas.

If any UniForme entity provides private communication channels with account holders, you agree that such entities may monitor communications to help protect our community. You understand that UniForme does not edit or control user messages posted or distributed via the service (including chat rooms, boards, or other forums) and assumes no responsibility for such content. Specifically, UniForme does not moderate user content displayed on the site. However, if UniForme determines that such content violates this Agreement or that its removal is reasonably necessary to protect UniForme or other users, UniForme reserves the right to remove it without notice.

If you disagree with the removal of your content, you may contact UniForme through the Help Center. By using any Interactive Area, you expressly agree to submit only content that complies with UniForme’s posting guidelines, which take effect upon submission.

You expressly agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or publish any content that is:

• False, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;

• Discriminatory or hateful toward specific groups, races, genders, or religions;

• Encouraging or instructing illegal activities, including but not limited to weapon-making, virus distribution, or data theft;

• Infringing upon others’ intellectual property rights, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted music, software, videos, or images;

• Spam, chain letters, or any form of advertising;

• Impersonating others or falsely representing an affiliation with UniForme;

• Posting unauthorized personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, or emails;

• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content;

• Irrelevant to the Interactive Area topic or otherwise deemed inappropriate by UniForme.

For content posted, stored, or uploaded by you or other users, UniForme assumes no legal responsibility and is not liable for any resulting damages. UniForme acts as an interactive service platform, not a content provider, and has no obligation to screen, monitor, or edit posted content.

However, UniForme reserves the right to remove, modify, or translate content at its sole discretion without prior notice. You are responsible for backing up your submitted content and covering any replacement costs.

Using any Interactive Area signifies your acknowledgment and agreement to comply with these terms. In the event of a violation, UniForme reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Interactive Areas and/or the service.

This section explains the scope and limitations of UniForme’s liability for any issues arising from your use of the service. If you have questions regarding this or other terms, please consult a legal professional before using the service.

UniForme provides information, software, products, and services that may contain inaccuracies or errors, such as incorrect booking status or pricing. UniForme makes no warranty as to the accuracy of information regarding accommodations, experiences, airlines, cruises, restaurants, or other travel products displayed on the service and assumes no liability for any errors (including but not limited to prices, availability, images, facilities, descriptions, reviews, and ratings). UniForme reserves the right to correct errors and cancel incorrect orders.

UniForme makes no warranties as to the suitability of the website or services. Product and service listings, whether or not awarded based on user reviews, do not constitute endorsements or guarantees by UniForme. All information, software, products, and services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, or non-infringement. UniForme does not warrant that the service or communications (such as emails) are free from viruses or harmful components.

Additionally, UniForme makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or ownership of any content provided through the service.

You assume all risks associated with using the service. In no event shall UniForme (including its officers, employees, and partners) be liable for any kind of damage arising from your use or inability to use the service (including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, loss of income, profit, goodwill, data, contracts, use of funds, or business interruption). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reliance on information, reviews, or opinions provided through the service

• Issues caused by viruses, bugs, or malicious software

• Websites, products, or services obtained through the service

• Personal injury or property damage from using servers

• Loss of personal or financial information

• Errors or omissions in information

• Other damages arising from accessing or using the service

Even if UniForme or its partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages, this limitation remains in effect.

The limitations of liability set forth herein reflect the risk allocation between you and UniForme and shall remain applicable even if any remedy fails its essential purpose. These limitations also reflect UniForme’s reasonable business operations.

Nothing in these terms affects any non-excludable rights under applicable local law, such as consumer protection laws. If local laws do not allow certain limitations, those restrictions do not apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the disclaimers shall continue to apply.
