We have been serving the local community since 1923 by catering to the needs of individual students in a safe and engaging educational environment. We are proud to provide the following to our students and families:
A Broad and Inclusive Curriculum; as the largest high school on the Eyre peninsula, our vast assortment of subject offerings caters for a variety of post-schooling alternatives, from university and other forms of tertiary education, to trade and employment pathways
A Diverse and Rich Student Community; we provide educational opportunities to students and families from a wide variety of cultural, socio-economic and religious backgrounds, creating an inclusive school community that is characteristic of modern Australian society
A History of Academic Success; with a strong focus on academic pathways (regularly resulting in ATAR scores in high nineties), many of our students have gone on to serve our state and local community with distinction
A Wealth of Opportunities; PLHS students develop their intellectual, physical, emotional and social capacities through a myriad of stimulating and challenging curricular and extra-curricular activities (leadership, community, creative, sporting etc.)
Passionate and Committed Staff; a unique combination of young, dynamic staff supported by a group of experienced, long-serving staff, the PLHS staff possess a wealth of subject expertise and strive to develop positive teacher-student relationships
Support for Disengaged Students; we maintain a highly successful (off-campus) Community Learning Centre to cater for students who have disengaged from mainstream learning; this alternative utilises local Regional Training Organisations to assist participants to complete their SACE and prepare for the workforce
A Culture of Respect, Tolerance and Honesty; we strive to foster these important values in our young people in order for them to participate positively in both the classroom environment and the wider community alike

制服介紹 | Uniform Intro
As pictured here, Port Lincoln High School has a colour-coded, flexible, safe and economic school uniform. The school’s Governing Council and staff endorse the importance of students being easily identified. It is the responsibility of staff to maintain a duty of care for the protection of all students; this involves the identification of non-students on school grounds, monitoring student uniforms and notifying parents/caregivers when the policy is not adhered to.
Students are required to wear a neat, clean school uniform each day. Parent/caregivers are asked to provide an explanatory note if their student is unavoidably out of uniform. Consequences apply for non-compliance.
