This uniform was personally designed by Laurence Xu, and it embodies an elegant aesthetic enriched with deep cultural resonance. By introducing the language of haute couture into airline uniform design, it achieves a highly distinctive expression of Eastern-inspired elegance. The upper garment features a misty gray cropped jacket with a stand collar, tailored to follow the body without feeling restrictive. Its lines naturally contour the silhouette, creating a refined and understated profile. An asymmetrical front closure combined with subtly curved construction replaces traditional lapels and button rows, lending a modern sensibility while preserving the composure and restraint symbolized by the stand collar in Eastern dress traditions. The matching hat, rendered in the same tonal palette, is minimalist in form yet adds a sense of ceremony and completeness to the overall ensemble.
