Gundam Factory

A hyper-realistic real-world giant humanoid mecha manufacturing facility,
inside an enormous heavy industrial robotics assembly plant similar to
an aerospace factory and shipbuilding dock. A massive Gundam-inspired
humanoid robot several times taller than human workers is under
construction. The robot is being built in separated modules across the
factory floor: the giant head unit rests on a reinforced maintenance
platform surrounded by diagnostic equipment and engineers inspecting
optical sensors and internal wiring; the torso frame stands upright
inside a large steel support rig exposing its internal mechanical
skeleton, hydraulic pistons, servo motors, cooling tubes, and thick
power cables; one massive arm is suspended from a heavy overhead crane
with thick steel chains while technicians weld armor plates, creating
bright sparks and smoke; the legs are positioned in another assembly
area where mechanics install actuators, calibrate joint mechanisms, and
inspect structural components.

Human engineers and factory workers in realistic industrial safety gear
including helmets, protective gloves, welding masks, reflective vests,
and tool belts move around the giant machine on elevated scaffolding and
maintenance platforms. Some workers operate welding torches producing
bright orange sparks, others use tablets and laptops to run performance
diagnostics, laser measurement tools, and calibration equipment. The
scale difference is dramatic, with the towering machine dwarfing the
surrounding humans and machinery.

The environment is a massive industrial hangar filled with steel beams,
maintenance ladders, scaffolding structures, suspended cables, hydraulic
lifts, tool carts, robotic arms, heavy machinery, warning lights, oil
stains on the concrete floor, and large industrial ventilation ducts.
Massive cranes move components through the air. Realistic mechanical
textures include metal panels, bolts, rivets, exposed wiring harnesses,
pistons, gears, cooling vents, and structural frames. The lighting is
cinematic but realistic industrial lighting with strong overhead lamps,
shafts of light through factory windows, volumetric dust particles,
welding sparks illuminating the scene, subtle smoke and heat haze.
Ultra-detailed engineering realism, believable manufacturing process,
grounded real-world science fiction, photorealistic industrial
photography, extremely detailed metal surfaces, realistic wear, grease
marks, and mechanical complexity.
