Korean International School's English section was established in 1994 with the aim of providing quality English-language education to children of all nationalities. The school is a non-profit, non-denominational, co-educational organisation, open to students regardless of their background. The School follows the British National Curriculum as authorised by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE). It is a certified member of CIE's Primary Programme, with access to the wealth of support resources produced by CIE. The English Second Language Programme also follows CIE's programmes of study with students sitting external exams offered at the British Council.
