John Paul College is a systemic Catholic high school located in Nicholls, a suburb of Canberra, capital city of Australia. The school is named after Pope John Paul II, the second-longest serving pope and was the first non-Italian Pope in more than four hundred years.[2][3]
The school caters for boys and girls from years 7-9 who live in Gungahlin and nearby regional areas in New South Wales. The school plans to be open to students in years 7-12 by 2018, adding one more grade every year. The school is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn.
