As an all-girls day and boarding school, located in Toowoomba, QLD, The Glennie School provides a well-rounded primary and secondary education, framed by the Christian values with the Anglican ethos.
Our vision is to develop in each Glennie girl intellectual, physical and spiritual potential to be All She Can Be. Glennie Girls are to be educated to the highest academic standards of which they are capable.
Moderation of this page: We welcome the Glennie community to be an active participant of content to this page. As outlined in 'The Community Code of Conduct', The Glennie School expects members of its community to behave with respect, civility and in the manner of a responsible citizen, and this extends to contributing to a balanced online dialogue. Individuals and groups in the wider community are welcome to contribute to the conversations, but we expect that the “behaviour” of these contributions will be in line with our expectations of the Glennie community.
When we do moderate content, it is with these guiding principles in mind:
• If the content is positive or negative and in context to the conversation, then we approve the content, regardless of whether it’s favourable or unfavourable to Glennie.
• if the content is outside normal community standards and unreasonable e.g. ugly, offensive, denigrating and completely out of context, then we reject the content.
