國立暨南國際大學附屬高級中學（簡稱暨大附中）是位於台灣南投縣埔里鎮的一所高級中學，為國立暨南國際大學的附屬中學。其前身為國立埔里高級中學，成立於1968年8月1日。
1967年台灣省政府撥用台灣省菸酒公賣局埔里酒廠的省有土地約六甲，作為籌設埔中校地。由臺灣省立南投高級中學籌辦第一期校舍工程興建。
1968年8月1日正式設立「臺灣省立埔里高級中學」
1973年8月增設進修補校。
1999年因精省而改制為「國立埔里高級中學」
2001年12月13日改制為「國立暨南國際大學附屬高級中學」
