中國義民感謝泰皇感恩，泰國政府包容，安居於泰北落籍於泰國，但念念不忘傳承中華文化，幾十年來推展華文教育備極艱辛，因受限於法令、經費、師資，僅止於初中學程，欲繼續深造唯赴台升學一途，然因家庭經濟能力不及或名額所限，事與願違，邁入二十一世紀，泰華教育鬆綁，華文方面需才孔亟，華文熱時代來臨，泰北有識之士，遂興就地設立華文高中，培育後進。
泰北德高望重精神領袖陳茂修將軍，邀集義民賢達及華校校長，於1996年10月28日成立成被委員會，積極規劃創設建華綜合高中。蒙中華民國政府撥款，台灣、香港、泰國宗教界領袖及善心大德大力支持捐資義助，1998年10月7日破土奠基，建校工作進展順利，歷五年於2002年5月正式開學，為泰國華文高中教育踏出新里程。
