北海道苫小牧南高等学校（ほっかいどうとまこまいみなみこうとうがっこう、Hokkaido Tomakomai Minami High school）は、北海道苫小牧市にある公立（道立）の高等学校。 創立当初は学区最下位校だったが、徐々に実績を上げ、1980年代以降は苫小牧東高に次ぐ学区2位の進学校として地域の成績優秀者を集めている。
開校当初は校舎建設用地・建設予算ともになく、解体予定で老朽化が激しい苫小牧市立苫小牧東中学校の旧校舎を使用することになった。体育館がないため、苫小牧市立総合体育館で体育の授業を行った。校舎建設用地は難航の末に苫小牧市錦岡地区を確保し、1977年（昭和52年）に着工した。当時、周辺は牧草地が広がるだけであり、校地に牛が侵入してきたことも度々あった。1990年代以降宅地化が進み、現在は住宅に囲まれている。
