不二女子高等学校（ふじじょしこうとうがっこう）は千葉県市川市八幡四丁目にある私立高等学校。学校法人奥野木学園が経営。
洋裁学校として創立された不二洋裁学校を起源とし、市川市大町には幼稚園も併設されている。JR本八幡駅から徒歩5分、京成八幡駅から徒歩2分と交通の便が非常に良い。2004年からは新校舎へと変わった。通称“不二女子”（ふじじょし）または“不二女”（ふじじょ）。
小規模な少人数制の学校で、アットホームな雰囲気が特徴。 また家政創立ならではの家庭科を重点においた授業や独自の平和教育、手作りをモットーとした行事に力を入れていることも特徴である。 卒業生からの母校愛、信頼が厚く、親族で入る生徒がきわめて多い。
