香港培正中學是香港九龍西何文田的一所中學，為廣州浸信會在廣州創辦基督教書院，是香港傳統名校之一。
在中國大陸有「北有南開，南有培正」的美譽，在兩廣一帶共有8間分校，使用同樣的校徽、校歌、校訓、校旗、校色。
孫中山先生曾為該校校董。
香港培正中學尤以理科成績所著名，曾培育哈佛大學數學系主任及教授蕭蔭堂、丘成桐。香港出身的諾貝爾獎、菲立茲獎（數學諾貝爾獎）得主一直皆出自培正中學。這個記錄直到2009年香港中文大學的高錕獲獎才被打破。
