Paraparaumu College, located in Mazengarb Road, northern Paraparaumu, was opened in 1977. The single storey buildings are set in 12 hectares of carefully maintained grounds.
The Board and Staff have been active in maintaining and upgrading the facilities for our students. As well as carpeted, well-appointed classrooms, the College has a full range of specialist rooms which enable students to experience many curriculum programmes and allow us to adjust our course to meet the changing needs of the National Curriculum and Qualifications.
Students with significant learning disabilities are catered for in both the mainstream classes and also through our Special Needs facility and newly modified Learning Support Centre.
