Texas is situated on the Dumaresq River which marks the Queensland/New South Wales border so our school draws students from the town of Texas and the surrounding rural areas in Queensland and New South Wales.
As a prep to year 10 campus, our school has a wide range of facilities that are used by all sectors of the school including an industrial arts centre, home economics kitchen, art room and music room. In 2011 a new resource centre and a newly refurbished science laboratory were completed. We have excellent sporting facilities and the Texas sports complex is located adjacent to the school.
