Lytton High School is the only co-educational state Secondary School in Gisborne, New Zealand. The school was opened in February 1961[2] with 159 students. In January 2011 the school celebrated its 50th jubilee[3] with an estimated roll of 810 students.[4]
Wiremu Elliott was appointed as Principal in July 2012.[5]
